REFUND/FREE SERVICE POLICY
The staffs/managers of Vince Nails Boutique DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS of any kinds. It is against our policy.
All nail enhancements are guaranteed a maximum of five days; therefore, if there is any problems caused by poor workmanship, the repairs can be done free of charge. Damage caused by clients is not covered in our policy and is to be paid for by the client.
If for any reasons, a client is not satisfied with the nail enhancements, they are entitled to try a different technician in our boutique within 5 days free of charge. As above, any complaints after five days are to be paid for by the client.
APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee late appointments as it may impact the next guests reserved time.
Kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. NO SHOW OR CANCELATION LESS THAN 4 HOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WIIL BE BIILED AT 50% of your scheduled service.

PLEASE READ OUR CHILD POLICY
This is a salon environment and may not be suitable to children; therefore, any injuries or problems that may occur while your child is here is not our responsibility. We ask that you please keep your children off and away from our tools and equipments for their safety.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED TO WANDER inside the boutique. If you wish to bring your pet, your pet must be in its carrier/crate or pen. With the exception of guide dogs for people who are visually impaired and certified assistance for those with other disabilities. Vince Nails Boutique will not be responsible if your pet comes in contact/ingests harmful materials and liquids.
